Our Current Building Projects

Here are a few of our current building projects. We update this frequently with information on what's happening and often have pictures of the various building stages on each current project.

Our current general contracting projects include:

1) Gimple Hill.
Hill top location on 5 beautiful acres over looking Fern Ridge and the Coast Range. With 5,083 sq. feet including a Bahama Room and unfinished Bonus Room. Check back for more updates.

2) Hidden Meadows, Eugene.
This home is our 2006 Tour of Homes entry. Located on 5 beautiful view acres this is a Tuscan inspired design and has over 6,000 sq. ft. with a detached Guest Suite. 4 bedrooms, 5 bath rooms and 2 half. Check back for more updates.

3) Ashley Estates, Eugene.
Golf Course location. 2,810 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Hardwood flooring, slab granite counters, slate tile shower, crown moldings.

4) The Summit, Eugene.
Located in the south west hills on a view lot. This home has 4,157 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, and 4 1/2 baths. This home will be light and bright with an airy feeling. An unusual middle floor den, formal and informal areas.
